Here are the orchestral excerpts for the 2011-2012 Princeton University Orchestra auditions. Bring these plus one prepared work to your audition. There will be recordings of the year's repertory up soon on the Orchestra's online reserve.
PDFs of the required excerpts (compiled by Wenley) are available below. If you would instead prefer to print out the full part (or even the full score to listen along with), you can do so from the IMSLP website.
For percussion/mallets/snare, there were no sensible excerpts from the repertory (at least that were obtainable), so please go here and prepare the Rimsky, Kabalevsky, and Dukas. Note that there is a typo (spotted by JJ) on the second Rimsky-Korsakov snare drum excerpt. The metronome marking should read quarter-note = 84-88, not half note, the time signature being 2/8.
